-Bring something healthy (stay tuned for a gift on this!)

-Don’t go hungry

-Stay away from the food room

-Start with healthy food first

-Pick your favorites

-Opt for homemade instead of processed food

-Take a walk after dinner

Pick something you can commit to avoiding for the next three days and in the Facebook group (gluten, diary, and/or refined sugar etc

What exercises should I be doing for the best results?

-Start with where you are

-Make exercise a priority 

Action Step:

Commit to 15 minutes of movement for the next 2 days!

What is the easiest thing I can do for my health?

-stay hydrated

-find out the when and why and how to stay properly hydrated

Action Step:

Drink 1/2 your body weight in oz of water in the next 24 hours
