Pumpkin Protein Pancakes
add a little sugar free syrup and its a perfect "clean" Sunday brunch treat!
Ingreidents:
-1 scoop protein powder
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
-4 egg whites
-few pinches of baking soda
-1/2 cup canned pumpkin (optional if you want completely sugar free)
-ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
Combine and mix all ingredients in batter bowl
Pour batter on frying pan or griddle with non fat cooking spray
Flip when edges are dry
Eat plain or top with agave nectar if desired
