Protein Cheesecake
Ingredients:
-1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
-2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
-4 egg whites
-1 whole egg
-1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt
-1/2 cup (equivalent) sugar substitute (I recommend swerve)
-2 scoops choc protein powder
-3 tsp. plain unsweetened coca powder
Directions:
Preheat oven 350
Blend all ingredients in blender or with an electric mixer
Pour in a deep baking pan and bake 20-30 min until edges start to brown
Turn off oven and leave to cool on rack
Refrigerate 3hrs
Top with sugar free cool whip and sprinkle with protein powder (optional)
