Grilled Asparagus

Ingredients:
-1 cup (8oz) asparagus spears

-2 tbsp Olive Oil

-Non fat cooking spray (Pam)

-No sodium (or light) salt substitute (Nu Salt or Morton's light Salt)




Directions:
Rinse and cut asparagus spears in half

Coat skillet with non fat cooking spray

Place asparagus spears single layer in skillet

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt

Cook on medium for 4-6 min per side (until slightly brown)
