Chipotle Lime Shirmp
Ingredients:
-5oz of Shirmp
-2 Tbsp Hot sauce (Texas Pete)
-Spray Butter
-Non Fat cooking spray (Pam)
-1 Tbsp Lime juice
-No sodium chipotle seasoning (Ms. Dash)
Directions:
Coat skillet on medium high in non fat cooking spray
Add in lime juice, and hot sauce
Add in Shrimp, spray with a few squirts of spray butter and sprinkle with seasoning
Cook on medium high for 5-7 minutes or until shrimp is opaque
