Hello friends! Those of you who know me pretty well know I'm a recovering fat burner addict... yes... guilty as charged... Thank the lord for Cathy Savage (if I've said it once I've said it 100 times) and team to get me off of them for good. So no more fat burners and on to my Keruig coffee pot (thank you Santa, last year it was the Keruig this past year it was all the delightful flavors)... I managed to keep it to only a cup a day, black, I like it to bite me, as I drag my tail to the gym before sun up but I know I'm getting addicted and "crashing" later in the day... My aunt recently pointed out how cold she was hours later in the day when she drank coffee and I haven't been able to get warm the past few weeks and lets not even get started on the headaches when I don'I've also noticed a little heart burn thing going on... which I've never really had before. SO I'm off the coffee for the time being, going to add in Isagenix "want more energy" in a few more days but kinda want to cleanse my system of all the caffeine first to see how much of a difference I see Now don't get me wrong, I'm not totally giving it up forever, just don't want to be addicted and see If I notice better results with just green tea and/or Isagenix "want more energy"
Well I've been doing very well and haven't had any coffee since Sunday, yes it is only Tuesday, but I am BEAT. I haven't wanted to move off the couch since I got home at 5... not really a fan but I'm still wondering how much better I'm gonna feel in a day or two... I'll keep ya'll posted!
