On the more personal side I'll admit this came as a bit of a surprise I'm a bit overwhelmed working 7 days a week right now and 6am to after 7 most evenings, so clients please bear with me while I iron out the kinks! Getting used to being up at 5am instead of 7 is turning out to be a bit more challenging that I expected but I think I've almost got the hang of things!
No worries though ya'll I've got this! Still planning on doing Fit Sciences in Atlanta in a few weeks as well as Fitness America in Miami in June. Thank goodness for Isagenix and Six Pack Bags there's no way I would make it through the day with out em! lol
On another note after that last blog I posted thank you all for the overwhelming response!!! After being honestly with all ya'll and talking to a bunch of you ladies, and guys too, knowing I'm not the only one dealing with this issue it really helped me out... I can't say I've had perfectly proportioned cheat meals but even on Easter (holidays are always the worst...) I haven't eaten to the point where I made myself feel sick. It may seem like a small thing but to me that a HUGE victory!
