Did I eat too much for Easter yesterday?… Yup! Am I gonna beat myself up over it today?… Nope! In the words of my grandma you can't cry over a glass of spilled milk, because if you did it wouldn't do any good anyways and then your spilled milk is going to go sour. So I'm going to make sure I keep it clean for the rest of this week and use all those extra carbs for a even more powerful workout in the gym! Please note this is not mean an extra hour or five of cardio… it means throwing an extra 5 pounds on or cranking up the knob even more maybe even sprinting a little harder but not doing timeless cardio for hours yes I believe in cardio but cardio should be used as a reward not punishment! Don't let yourself get on the never ending cycle of binge eating and binge working out, all you're doing is spinning your wheels record your body and messing with your head! Life is too short not to indulge and enjoy every now and again!
