Well I should probably keep my mouth shut, but I've never really been good at that anyway. I'm an independent personal trainer, I've tried training in big gyms and for me I like the much more personal approach of a 1 on 1 studio (I also do group fitness but were not upset about that now....) I like to be able to not yell over music, not always be fighting or bugging clients for resigns to make goals, I like not making my clients pay huge monthly fees or lock them into contracts for years... Basically I like to treat my clients as I want to be treated. That being said it REALLY upsets me when they don't do the same, I understand emergencies and sick days happen, I understand that you may not always remember to call or bring payment at the beginning of every month. I don't expect anyone to be perfect, however when you don't call/text/email/facebook/twitter me and let me know you aren't coming I am there because this is my job. Yes, I do love it, and I love all my clients and I don't do it to get rich, but it is my meat and potatoes, it's my gas, grocery, and bill money I depend on you to literally survive. If you don't let me know you're not coming I can't put anyone else in your spot to make money (we won't even get into how hard it is for rescheduling around 10-15 other clients schedules), and I drive to my studio which isn't exactly down the road and gas isn't exactly cheap and I wait for you. So please if you are sick or an emergency happens let me know, and believe me I'll understand, that's not even really what gets me... it's the ones that don't have emergencies that just don't take the time to let me know, or the ones that cancel or reschedule once a week and just leave me hanging at the last minute... Quite frankly it really kinda hurts my feelings that someone doesn't even value me, our time together or my personal time anymore than that... That being said time to get tough and make no exception policies go in effect, but still... this stinks :(
In other news.... leaving for the Arnold tomorrow! (Little stressed trying to get everything done as ya'll can prob tell lol)

__Hey ya'll! Just got back from a wonderful long weekend in Tampa and Orlando with two of my best girlfriends. We had a wonderful time hanging out on the beach, relaxing and getting in some really hardcore training where we stayed at the Macdill Air Force Base in Tampa. Other than losing a jacket (dang it) it was pretty much perfect! But ya know, reflecting back on this past weekend really has gotten me thinking... I'm beyond blessed and grateful to have such amazing friends and family, a very rewarding job that I love (although it's not always easy) along all the material stuff I really need, and be able to travel to beautiful places all over the country for little vacations, shows and expos (which is a huge blessing in itself consider the health problems I've been through)... and it's really all I ever talk about on here. But today I am simply humbled to have been able to spend time with a few true heroes... These men and women unselfishly sacrifice not only their lives without question day in and day out; but their entire ways of life as well the lives of the ones who love them, simply for our peace, protection and safety... It doesn't matter what you politically agree or disagree with, but I hope we can all just take a minute to reflect about how blessed we really our to have so many do so much for us everyday and thank just simply isn't enough...

Hey ya'll here in between clients again and I know I promised to get better at blogging (hey it's an improvement....) but for some reason I think my site has been down for a few days (I tried to blog I promise lol) Did anyone else notice this? Anyway seems as were back in business now. Its been a rough past few weeks for me but things are finally looking up again (thanks so much for the prayers)! Just have to keep my positive mindset!
No coffee for a week and a half and I feel great... no headaches no mid afternoon crashes and I'm popping out of bed like a pop-tart (which are awful for you by the way) in the toaster in the mornings again! Don't get me wrong, I'm still pumping the green tea and Isagenix "Want More Energy" in the am, but with the coffee not throwing off my ph balance keeping me more alkaline I definitely feel much better!
Speaking of Isagenix I'm please to report that not only are they keeping me leaner, tighter, healthier and happier, but also just got my first commission as a consultant and REALLY loving making money on products that work instead of spending it... Free plug but check out my Isagenix site under the links tab here or at www.breasharron.isagenix.com to see all these wonderful products and/or contact me for more info in how you can get in with my winning team too! Which reminds me as soon as I get some time I'm gonna write some tips up on competing on a budget, so stay tuned for that! :)
