Hello friends! Those of you who know me pretty well know I'm a recovering fat burner addict... yes... guilty as charged... Thank the lord for Cathy Savage (if I've said it once I've said it 100 times) and team to get me off of them for good. So no more fat burners and on to my Keruig coffee pot (thank you Santa, last year it was the Keruig this past year it was all the delightful flavors)... I managed to keep it to only a cup a day, black, I like it to bite me, as I drag my tail to the gym before sun up but I know I'm getting addicted and "crashing" later in the day... My aunt recently pointed out how cold she was hours later in the day when she drank coffee and I haven't been able to get warm the past few weeks and lets not even get started on the headaches when I don'I've also noticed a little heart burn thing going on... which I've never really had before. SO I'm off the coffee for the time being, going to add in Isagenix "want more energy" in a few more days but kinda want to cleanse my system of all the caffeine first to see how much of a difference I see Now don't get me wrong, I'm not totally giving it up forever, just don't want to be addicted and see If I notice better results with just green tea and/or Isagenix "want more energy"
Well I've been doing very well and haven't had any coffee since Sunday, yes it is only Tuesday, but I am BEAT. I haven't wanted to move off the couch since I got home at 5... not really a fan but I'm still wondering how much better I'm gonna feel in a day or two... I'll keep ya'll posted!

So, getting better blogging... at least points for effort right ya'll? Lol! Hope everyone is still rocking and rolling through there New Years resolutions! Believe it or not I actually love the packed out gym to keep me motivated and accountable, if the rest of the world can do it so can I! However, I'm gonna be honest with ya'll I'm struggling myself... getting up before the sun comes up in the coldddd (ok so its like in the 30s... were not talking snow or anything) to train myself before my clients, is rough! Again with the honestly, after letting my diet loosen up a bit (note there was still a diet lol) in December it's hard not to remember what all those holiday leftovers taste like (thank heavens for my isagenix shakes everyday)! But for me I just remember to keep my eye on the prize (for me show season and up coming photo shoots) and take it one day at a time. Most importantly I try to remind myself why I'm so dedicated to my health and fitness. I started this journey after I noticed how much better I felt, my fibromyalgia is quite a pain sometimes and eating clean and keeping my body strong and flexible makes me forget I ever even had days where walking up the stairs was a challenge... So my challenge to ya'll this year is don't focus solely on how you look, make your fitness goals all about how you FEEL! <3 ya'll!

"This is just another bump in the road, this a speed bump to slow me down... Just another challenge for me to over come... This is just a push to make me work harder, fuel for my passion, and make me want it even more... It's just another way for me to prove what I've got, how strong I am and how I always bounce back... This too is just a test of my faith... A miracle it wasn't worse... and really all just another blessing in disguise.."
Hey guys! Ok one of my new years resolutions is to blog at least once a week....
Anyway I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season and is already rocking and rolling this new year!! I'm all recharged so excited for this year! Big things are already happening! I'm so excited to be starting the year as an Ambassador for Cathy Savage Fitness! I can't wait to "pay it forward" with all the love support, advice and great workouts I've been given! Speaking of which, with the help of Cathy and Andi, I'm gonna take a stab at competing in fitness as well as bikini divisions this year! YesteBerns and I from Passion Fruit Designs have been designing my competition suits for the upcoming year so I'm enthralled about that! On another positive note life back here in NC is going great new clients, new workouts, new goals, new motivation! Who hoo! I really don't know why everyone complain about the "New Years Rush" in the gym... Personally I love it! I'm so happy everyone is trying out and the gift of fitness that changed my life, and I personally find it more inspiring and motivation that if everyone else is packing out the gym I better be there too! Well ya'll, until next time (which I promise will be sooner than last time lol) HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! Let's make 2012 the best one yet!!!

"A child simply sees the good in life, giggles away the mistakes, and smiles through the failures... They sweetly realize every moment is a special one, and to make the most of it, they are innocent and only speak the truth, they don't see what is on the outside or appearances only what is on the inside... If only we could all life through these sweet little angel eyes maybe the world would be a brighter place with less pain, more love and simply more smiles" ~Me
